Rounding out the week with our MySpace friends is a great artist from France… Earnis!. If we check out Earnis!’s Myspace profile, Earnis! Says “Some people say our destiny’s been written and that’s why we can’t escape from it, But I think we must nevertheless try it on! Be who you wish you were!” and we can’t agree more. Follow your heart. Follow your dreams. That’s what Music-Is-Life is all about. And with nearly 50,000 fans, Earnis! Can’t be wrong.

Liz Lohnes is an artist we think has one of the strongest voices we’ve heard in a long time. AND not only does she have a wonderful voice she is also an accomplished singer/songwriter. So Liz is what the industry calls a double threat and we agree. To back that up, last year her song “Where Your Are” was nominated for the 2009 hh/r&b song of the year and she was also nominated as the best hh/r&b newbie for the USA4real music awards.

One of the things that we find the most important and rewarding about Liz is that she believes in giving back. A blurb from her MySpace page says “Liz wants to help and inspire others through her music, especially girls and young women. She is a positive role model who, through inspirational songs hopes to promote positive self image and good self-esteem.” Right On! Why should you know about Viv Peryat? Well not only is Viv easy on the eyes, he actually has more talent in his little finger than most artists on that big tv show to find singers. Check out his multiple acoustic sets posted on YouTube, you will be amazed at his ease in vocals. He also has like over 45,000 fans on MySpace. Basically he is good. It still surprises us here at Music-Is-Life the talent of artists out there that aren’t larger than they are. There is so much talent and we believe that the Global Community of Sound needs fresh blood, constantly. His website vivpmusic.com says Viv Peyrat is an “…artist (that) blends pop, rock, funk, blues and R&B modalities using acoustic and electric guitars that give buoyancy to a versatile brand of hooky material.” We here at Music-Is-Life wanted to share his soul with our growing music community. Back in the day we encountered one of the best Beatbox artists of all time. That man’s name is Rahzel. We first saw him on the Twix commercial and thought that this guy was one of the most talented guys to be able to use his skills that way. If you haven’t seen the Twix commercial check it out in the above video. I mean mad skills right? We thought that he was some unknown artist that was found by the global Conglomerate that is Mars Candy Company. But no Rahzel is actually a talented artist that has sick skill from way back in the day. We mean he was even paired with one of our favorite artists, Bjork, laying down some mad beats.

Wikipedia says “ Razhel is an American musician and virtuoso beatboxer,formerly a member of The Roots.[1] His talents were also showcased in his solo projects as well as on Ben Harper’s 2000 single, “Steal My Kisses.” Rahzel was able to perform beats as well as spoken or sung lyrics simultaneously, as evidenced in his performances of “Iron Man” and his definitive song “If Your Mother Only Knew” a hidden track on Make the Music 2000.[2] He also provided his own voice on video games SSX and SSX Tricky.” But if you really want to know more info, check out his bio at Imeem!
